I founded Modern Motherhood in 2025 with one simple mission: to give parents a kind of support that feels both personal and practical. After years of working hands-on with hundreds of parents and babies, I wanted to create something new—a concierge-style program where you can feel calm, confident, and cared for as you navigate pregnancy, birth, and those wild newborn days.

Think of it like going on a beautiful hike through a brand-new landscape. You’ve got your expert guide (that’s me!) walking alongside you, pointing out the tricky spots, sharing what’s up ahead, and making sure you don’t miss any of the breathtaking moments along the way.

My coaching style is non-judgmental, flexible, and all about you. Are you a crunchy, nature-loving mama planning a serene homebirth and dreamy postpartum cocoon? Love it—I’m here for that. Or maybe you’re a busy professional gearing up for a hospital birth and planning to head back to work quickly? Perfect—I’ve got you there, too. There’s no one “right” way to do parenthood. I also created Modern Motherhood to simplify life for parents who feel pulled in a million directions (a birth class here, a newborn workshop there, endless Google searches at 2 a.m.—sound familiar?). With me, you’ll have a one-stop shop for prenatal and postpartum coaching and education. I’ll do the late-night research so you can focus on learning, asking questions, and—dare I say—maybe even relaxing a little.
